Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your CREVIK Healing account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the CREVIK Healing app and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Your account and synced data are removed immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@crevik.com from the address registered on your account and ask us to delete it. We process the request within 30 days and reply once it is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email, hashed password, account identifier).
• Mood entries and reflections.
• Completed session history and time totals.
• Achievement badges and streaks.
• Owned-product selections and app preferences synced to the cloud.
• All access tokens and refresh tokens.

What may be retained

After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged on the normal rotation cycle. We may retain a minimal record (e.g. a hashed account identifier) only where required by law, fraud prevention, or audit obligations. Retained items are never used to re-create your account or contact you.

Local data on your device

The app also caches data locally so it works offline. To remove it, uninstall the CREVIK Healing app from your device after deleting your account.
